Windows Phone 7 Launch

Today was the Windows Phone 7 Launch. So many handsets,so many choices, that’s what Microsoft is offering. HTC, LG, Dell and Samsung all showcased their Phone 7 devices each with multiple models with various hardware configurations. Most of the devices seemed to be packed with 1Ghz processors making the user experience slick and fast. To see a comparison of all the handsets that were showcased, check it out on Engadget here.
A bunch of apps were also showcased that are going to be on the Zune store when launched. These included Netflix, Sims 3, Tetris, Need for Speed, Monopoly, Twitter, IMdb, Fandango, Ebay all with the Phone 7 style sliding panoramic interface.
Windows Phone 7 seems like a nice platform, I’d really like to get my hands on one.
